Meetings of the Board of Directors are held monthly, normally on the first Monday night of each Month. Meeting time is 7:00 PM during Central Standard time and at 7:30 during Daylight savings time months. The date and time of each meeting is posted at least three days in advance on the office door, along with the agenda. Anyone wishing to attend is welcome. Call the office for verification of meeting dates at 660.327.4778.
